Apparently the App store no longer has it. I am having the same problem with downloading the zoom app. When I click on download, run I'm trying to find the Zoom app for meetings. Have you checked if your Windows version is in S Mode? If so, then by default you cannot install any other app beside those available in Microsoft Store.
